Refund Policy

At NIFM Educational Institutions Ltd. ("NIFM", “Online NIFM”, “we”, “our”, “us”), customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. We are committed to delivering quality education through our online learning platform www.onlinenifm.com.

This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions under which you may be entitled to a refund. By enrolling in or purchasing any of our online courses, you accept this Refund Policy in association with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Our Policy

  • All fees paid for any online course, live class, or recorded module cannot be refunded after the course has been activated or accessed.

  • A refund request will only be considered before a course is activated.

  • Refunds, if allowed, will be processible after deducting any charges (administrative or processing fees).

2. Eligibility for Refund

You will be allowed a refund under the following circumstances:

Pre-Activation Refund (Before Course Access):

  • If you've paid for, but have not activated or accessed the course, you can ask for a refund.

  • Where refunds are allowed, 50% of the course fee is allowed to be refunded.

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@onlinenifm.com within 7 days of purchase.

Voucher / Coupon Purchases & Offline Payments:

  • If the course is purchased using prepaid vouchers, coupons, or via offline payment style and has not been activated, then the same 50% refund will apply.

Duplicate Transaction / Payment Error:

  • In the event you incur duplicate payment due to a technical issue, we will issue a full refund of any excess payment once confirmed by our accounts team.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We will not provide a refund under the following conditions:

  • Once the learner has activated, accessed, or explored the course in any manner (including partial access).

  • If a refund request is submitted after the course has commenced.

  • If the course was purchased during discounts, flash sales, or promotions.

  • If the learner does not attend live or access the study material after activation.

4. Refund Process and Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days from the approval refunds.

  • Refunds will be issued via the payment method in which the course was paid. Unless alternate arrangements are agreed to.

  • Refund approval will be justifiable and at the sole discretion of Online NIFM.

5. Important Notes

  • Fees and charges assessed at the time of payment are non-transferable to other courses or another individual.

  • In exceptional circumstances (such as technical failure on our side, preventing the delivery of the course), the company reserves the right to partial and/or full refund.

  • Online NIFM reserves the right to revise or alter any policy or terms set out in this Refund Policy at any time, as once notice is given, there may be no further notice. The current version will always be available on our website.
